Operations Mechanic: Day Shift 100%

About the job

• Maintain our filling, production, packaging, and process equipment, support new installations and conversions, and document all relevant steps for quality assurance.  
• Be ready for deployment in day-to-day operations with occasional on-call duty and continuously optimize our systems and components to ensure smooth processes. 
• Apply your metalworking skills (turning, milling, drilling, welding) purposefully and find solutions to technical challenges with a structured approach.
• Work closely with technical purchasing to efficiently procure required spare parts while always adhering to all safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations, guidelines, and legal requirements.

• You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a polymechanic maintenance technician, agricultural/construction machinery mechanic, or comparable qualifications.
• Experience in maintaining production equipment is an advantage, but motivated career changers are also welcome!
• Willingness to work on-call and occasional weekend shifts.
• Safety awareness – your safety and that of your colleagues come first!
• Strong communication skills and team spirit are essential in our environment.
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing and proficiency in Office programs.
