This is the job - Your main tasks

You take responsibility for the success, further development, and growth of the topic area Enterprise Architecture.
You identify potentials, specifically win new projects – especially in the public sector – and position yourself as a trusted contact person for building and further developing enterprise architectures in the context of digital transformation.
You actively shape our service portfolio in the area of Enterprise Architecture Management and further develop our team by passing on your know-how and experience through coaching and mentoring.
Whether as a project manager with result responsibility or as an expert in the team – you successfully lead projects to completion and ensure sustainable added value for our clients.
Your work helps bridge the gap between strategy, technology, and organization, thereby securing the future viability of our clients.

This job is for you if

You have at least seven years of experience in the field of Enterprise Architecture – ideally in a leading role on the client side or in consulting.
You possess solid, practical, and ideally certified (TOGAF 10) know-how in Enterprise Architecture.
You think entrepreneurially, enjoy working in a team, and implement projects with a strong result orientation – and share our conviction that every architecture project is also a change project.
You enjoy strengthening existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and actively expanding strategic partnerships.
You have a university degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable discipline – and have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a great plus.

As the icing on the cake, you bring

You have practical experience with common EA tools such as adoit, Archi, LeanIX, Innovator, or comparable solutions.
You have successfully implemented projects in at least one of the topic areas agile architecture, legacy modernization, architecture management, or portal architecture.
You hold relevant certifications, e.g., TOGAF or HERMES Advanced.
