Your area of responsibility

• As a committed and forward-looking personality, you take responsibility for the preventive technical maintenance and servicing of systems and equipment throughout the hospital operation as well as on the LUKS campus with around 40 buildings
• You locate and document malfunctions in various technical systems – for example in the areas of high/low voltage, building automation, communication, security systems, and medical technology equipment. You coordinate and support internal and external technicians in troubleshooting
• You organize, coordinate, and supervise the deployment of external service technicians, craftsmen, and service providers for work on in-house systems, installations, and technical systems. You develop and plan lifecycle management and multi-year planning for systems and equipment under your responsibility
• Your diverse field of activity also includes monitoring system controls, technical systems, infrastructure, and energy supply

Your experience

• You have completed basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or automation technician EFZ and bring several years of professional experience. Ideally, you also have practical experience in technical building and system maintenance or in service assignments. Additionally, you have completed or are pursuing further education at the HF/FH level
• You are characterized by a dynamic, quality-conscious, and independent personality and work reliably and solution-oriented
• Knowledge in building control technology, technical communication systems, nurse call systems, security devices, emergency power systems, as well as very good PC user skills (MS Office, email programs, ideally experience with facility management systems) are advantageous
• You are an open and communicative personality, appreciate interdisciplinary tasks, are willing to perform on-call duty, and enjoy working in a committed team of technical specialists
