For the business unit STUTZ AG Building Construction Frauenfeld, Civil Engineering Department, we are looking for a Construction Foreman

• Management and organization of construction sites / site sections in the field of civil engineering
• Implementation of work preparation according to specifications
• Leadership and motivation of assigned employees
• Ensuring a qualitatively flawless, timely, and economical execution
• Coordination of the deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
• Monitoring of occupational safety and compliance with regulations
• Control of completed work regarding quality, dimensions, and time
• Support in site logistics and reporting
• Close cooperation with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Co-design of efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-capable, and practical

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a foreman
• Several years of practical professional experience, preferably in civil engineering - infrastructure construction
• Enthusiasm for developing unconventional and innovative construction solutions
• Good safety awareness, recognizing opportunities and risks
• Team player, creative, independent, communicative with a flair for employee leadership
• Good IT user skills
• Close cooperation with the responsible site manager
• Control and improvement of workflows and processes on the construction site

• A well-coordinated department team, good working atmosphere, excellent references
• A varied professional challenge with interesting construction tasks
