We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be working with a kind, talented, and driven international team who care deeply about creating impactful digital work for our clients.
This is a long-term full-time opportunity for someone who is passionate about growth marketing, enjoys collaborating with clients, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work on a variety of assignments – from managing SEO and ad campaigns to client strategy and performance tracking – with autonomy, support, and a clear path to grow.

Your Role:

Implement growth marketing strategies across SEO, paid ads, email marketing, social and more.

Manage client accounts and serve as their main point of contact.

Coordinate a team of channel experts to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.

Analyse data to optimise campaign performance and client ROI.

Help maintain high customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Follow internal processes like budget control and billing.
-
Support with client renewals and new business where needed.
Key & Essentials Skills:
-
German native speaker (Swiss German understanding), fluent in English.

2–3 years of agency experience.

Proven experience in at least 2-3 core marketing channel (e.g., SEO, Google Ads, social ads).

Solid project management and communication skills.
-
Digitally savvy and data-driven mindset.
-
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.

A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a drive to grow professionally.
Pay:

5'500-8'500 CHF a month for full time work (42.5 hours / week)
