• Medical responsibility and supervision of medical and psychological-psychotherapeutic treatments
• Assistance in building a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist team on site
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary therapy team within the framework of a holistic treatment concept
• Independent psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of outpatient patients
• Networking with local and regional partner institutions
• Clarification and counseling interviews

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualification) with several years of professional experience
• Motivation to work with a holistic treatment concept
• Strong relationship skills in team and patient work
• High service orientation and pronounced quality awareness
• Process-oriented, entrepreneurial and result-oriented thinking and acting
• Willingness to actively engage with the Christian faith in the work context
