Your Tasks
As part of the Emergency Medical Dispatch Center 144 in the Cantonal Emergency Call Center (KNZ), you are the hub of all medical emergencies in the canton of Aargau. In shift work, you competently assist those seeking help and coordinate the deployment of rescue resources. In doing so, you dispatch and support up to 33 ground and air-based units as well as other organizations.
Your Profile
For this position, we are looking for a dynamic team player with completed training as a certified paramedic HF, emergency call center dispatcher FA, transport paramedic FA, or emergency care expert NDS. Ideally, you bring good IT skills. You maintain a respectful approach with callers, response teams, partner organizations, and other interfaces. An independent, solution-oriented working style as well as trustworthy collaboration within the team characterize you. We offer the possibility that after a familiarization phase, you can work both part-time in the SNZ 144 and in your current position.
