Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you ensure smooth, high-quality processing of credit transactions and serve as an important interface between customers, advisory services, and internal departments.
Your area of responsibility includes
- Qualitative review of approved and submitted credit and financing transactions
- Ensuring timely, customer-oriented processing of credit files and issuance of the corresponding contract documents
- Recording, checking, and maintaining customer, credit, and property data in the banking system
- Management and monitoring of collateral as well as credit positions
- Performing various monitoring tasks in the financing area
- Active participation in optimizing credit processes
- Ensuring the telephone availability of the financing department
- Independent handling of customer inquiries in daily business
- Preparation, checking, and dispatch of account opening documents including formal verification
- Close, service-oriented cooperation with customer advisors for optimal customer care
Your Profile
- Commercial or comparable basic training
- Several years of professional experience in banking, ideally in credit processing or credit back office
- Very good MS Office skills, Finnova experience is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and quality-conscious working style
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Team player, communicative and reliable
- Confident oral and written expression
