Pre-internship Sociocultural Animation Neighborhood Work Sonnhalde (all) 50-60% (Wednesdays to Fridays)
From November or by arrangement, we offer a six-month position
We offer you an exciting insight into neighborhood work and the Sonnhalde community center. You will find a well-coordinated team with a lot of experience and motivation, which will introduce you to the exciting world of Sociocultural Animation. We are happy to take the necessary time for this and accompany you through all your work steps after a thorough introduction (e.g., regular coaching sessions), show you methods, contexts, and expertise, but we also expect the necessary curiosity and motivation from you. Furthermore, we expect reliability, proactive thinking, hands-on attitude, independence, resilience, creativity, sensitivity to various generations and backgrounds, flexible availability (including evenings with time compensation), team spirit, and last but not least, a good sense of humor.
During your pre-internship, you will meet all generations from toddlers to teenagers to older people and build working relationships with these target groups. You will assist during regular offerings such as the kids' meet-up, youth meet-up, Tavolata for seniors, neighborhood evening, but also with room rentals and take on smaller areas of responsibility. Together with us, you will implement various projects and events, and perhaps you have your own project ideas that you would like to contribute and realize. Of course, administrative and organizational tasks as well as team and networking meetings are also part of your work area.
