We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and humorous personality for the Building Management Department. You will complement our team as
immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
The Building Management Administration team is the central contact and coordination point for the public traffic of the building management and the entire administration of the department. For example, you handle the telephone, internal mail distribution, provide plan copies, organize meetings, discussions, and events, or also take minutes of meetings. You also book rooms via a reservation system and invoice the corresponding tenants. Furthermore, you administratively process incoming building applications and ensure their correct publication. You assist with appointment monitoring and coordinate all tasks so that all duties are carried out in a customer-oriented, efficient, and competent manner. You enjoy and are interested in supervising the trainee in the department together with the two team colleagues and passing on your knowledge. Your tasks are very diverse and cannot all be listed in this advertisement.
Our expectations
You have a commercial education and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in public administration. You are interested in construction, motivated, resilient, and enjoy learning something new. We expect very good written and spoken German, as well as reliability, conscientiousness, and strong customer orientation. Flexibility in working hours during vacation absences or high workload and a pinch of humor are very helpful for this position.
