Your mission with us
- Professional and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees (approx. 40% direct leadership time) in nursing and pedagogy
- Planning, designing, and documenting holistic, professional nursing and pedagogical care
- Active participation in nursing as well as collaboration with relatives and further institutions
- Participation in the further development of the children and youth ward in the psychosomatics department
- Checking compliance with nursing and pedagogical guidelines and quality standards
- Contributing to the strategic achievement of the overall company's goals
- Organizing and conducting internal training sessions
- Solution-oriented collaboration with intra- and interdisciplinary departments
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nurse DNII/HF/FH or social pedagogue HF/FH
- Enjoy leading and promoting an interprofessional team
- High social competence as well as independent and reliable working style
- Resilience, willingness to perform, flexibility, and team-oriented behavior
- Openness to change
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Good computer skills
- Willingness for ongoing training and openness to change
- Experience in dealing with children, adolescents, and their families is desirable
- Willingness to work in all shifts
