Team Leader: Logistics Outbound Goods
Tasks
- Ensuring the team’s process organisation and optimising processes in consultation with the supervisor
- Ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations regarding personnel management, personnel deployment planning (PEP), safety (ASA), quality assurance (QS), and operational regulations
- Responsibility for the correct and efficient flow of goods within the area of responsibility and in the upstream and downstream interfaces
- Conducting annual employee appraisals and supporting the supervisor in the development of employees with potential
Requirements
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Professional experience in logistics with initial leadership experience
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office products
- Work is carried out within a five-day week during night shifts from Sunday 8:00 pm to Saturday morning
