Responsibilities
- Personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of the Labor Inspectorate
- Advisory and enforcement activities within the framework of labor and
accident insurance law for employers and employees
- Plan reviews and approvals
- Verification of safety and health protection in the workplace
- Operating and working time permits
- Conducting system controls according to EKAS guidelines
(Federal Coordination Commission for Occupational Safety)
- Supervision of cantonal licensed cable cars and ski lifts
- Project work in cantonal and national working groups
Requirements
- Technical basic education with a university of applied sciences degree (FH/HF)
- Experience in mechanical engineering and business management skills
- In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health protection
- Proven professional and leadership experience
- Specialist in occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) or willingness to complete this training
- Driver's license category B, private vehicle required for official use
- Communicative, service-oriented personality with assertiveness
