We are looking for an
Health Specialist EFZ 60-100% in House A
Your tasks
- Individual, holistic care and support of the residents, tailored to their needs and life situation.
- Taking over daily responsibility to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Key person work to build a trusting relationship with the residents and support their needs as best as possible.
- Careful nursing documentation to ensure quality and continuity in care.
- Active participation in working groups for the continuous development of our care quality and workflows.
Your profile
- You have a completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and bring solid expertise.
- You are characterized by commitment, responsibility and a positive attitude that you bring to your work.
- Flexibility and resilience are natural to you – even in demanding moments you keep an overview.
- RAI knowledge is a plus but not a must.
