Your Tasks

• Conceptual further development of the facility
• Goal- and customer-oriented leadership of multiprofessional teams
• Personnel deployment planning
• Public relations and networking
• Orientation towards professional, organizational and economic aspects
• Active participation in the implementation of the quality management system

Your Profile

• You have a qualification in social pedagogy or equivalent
• In addition to management experience, you have knowledge of nursing activities
• You maintain an appreciative attitude as well as a resident-oriented approach to work
• You have professional experience in the field of integration assistance (SGB XII)
• You can demonstrate experience in dealing with people with intellectual disabilities
• You are creative, a team player, flexible and committed
• You have the ability to work independently and responsibly
