Executive Support & Analytics to VP Operations (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Support the VP Operations in daily business as well as in prioritization and consistent follow-up
- Creation and maintenance of presentations, decision bases, minutes, and management reports
- Planning, coordination, and tracking of projects including clean reporting
- Collection, preparation, and analysis of operational key figures as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
- Development and maintenance of dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) and execution of basic data and process analyses
- Coordination and prioritization of the further development of the internal MES tool DycoPlanEx in close cooperation with software engineering
- Support in the investment process as well as coordination of internal and external communication flows
Your Profile
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or comparable (technical background preferred)
- Several years of experience in project management and ideally in production or operations environment
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid knowledge in data analysis and data modeling as well as strong analytical thinking skills
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style with high reliability and resilience
- Understanding of processes in operations, supply chain, R&D, or quality
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as pronounced team and service orientation
