The Oberdiessbach school region offers an integrative, diverse learning environment to over 600 children and young people. Mixed-age learning, day school, and school social work support the individual development of the students and relieve families in everyday life. As the host municipality, Oberdiessbach also organizes the measures in the regular school sector for the region.

Tasks
In this versatile role, you lead the area of integration and special measures (MR) in the municipalities of Oberdiessbach, Brenzikofen, Herbligen, and Linden. You are responsible for implementing the current MR guidelines of the BKD as well as the regional implementation concept and coordinate the offerings at six school locations.
You lead a committed team of around 20 specialists, coordinate the lesson pool, and ensure professional personnel management, including employee discussions, deployment planning, and organization of professional development.
In your role, you work closely with the management conference of the Oberdiessbach region. The meetings take place regularly on Thursday mornings and are fixed in the annual schedule.
Requirements
Ideally, you bring the following:
- training or willingness to train as a school principal
- pedagogical basic training; training/experience in school special education
- leadership experience, resilience, and a structured way of working
- enjoyment of collaboration and network maintenance
- appreciative, solution-oriented attitude towards different school cultures
- high communication skills, organizational talent, and negotiation skills
- a positive, authentic personality that can inspire people
