Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven platform manager to primarily focus on the execution of technology-driven and process optimization initiatives to enable the Heads of Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Compliance Risk, Legal, and Procurement) to achieve their target operating models. As a member of our firm-wide applications platform team, you will support value creation through tight collaboration with senior stakeholders to redesign processes, change operating structures and implement technologies in line with the long-term vision of our firm.
In this role you will:

Execute technology and process transformation projects across corporate functions focusing on operational scalability and efficiency;

Collaborate with corporate functions leads to translate strategic target operating models into actionable and measurable execution plans;

Analyse market developments, competitor solutions, and regulatory changes to ensure the organization stays competitive;

Gather and analyse requirements from corporate functions and conduct comprehensive assessments of available technology solutions in the market to identify the best-fit options;

Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for corporate functions including scope, timelines, budgets, and outcomes;

Collaborate with IT and vendor partners on the selection and deployment of enabling technologies;

Oversee system implementation and integration activities, ensuring business readiness, testing, and change management are effectively executed;
-
Engage with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in management consulting, transformation leadership, and corporate functions within financial services;
-
Proven experience leading functional transformation projects from design through execution;

Strong understanding of financial services operations and regulatory landscape in corporate functions and especially in Finance and HR;

Strategic mindset with a focus on driving results and business impact;
-
Strong leadership presence and ability to influence at the executive level;
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions as well as process information quickly;

Familiarity with functional technologies such as Workday and Abacus would be a plus;

Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills with the ability to communicate on all levels;

Great team player and ability to work collaboratively at various levels of the organization.
