Are you passionate about guiding children in their natural development and inspired by Maria Montessori’s vision of education? Then you might be the person we’re looking for!
At Rietberg Montessori School, we are looking for an experienced, open-minded, and caring AMI-trained English-speaking guide (3–6) to join our warm and international Children’s House team.
Our school, located between two beautiful parks in the city centre of Zurich, offers a peaceful and inspiring environment for both children and teachers. We follow the Montessori philosophy for children from 3 to 12 years old and value collaboration, reflection, and creativity in our work.

• AMI Diploma 3–6 (Association Montessori Internationale or EDK-recognized teaching degree)

• Basic German language skills (enough for everyday communication)
• Team spirit, empathy, and a reflective teaching style
• Experience in classroom management and a genuine love for Montessori education
