We are looking for your expertise as an Electrical Safety Officer. You are the expert and support the operation in all technical matters. In addition, you set safety principles, rules, and conditions for the organization. You monitor occupational safety requirements and are responsible for the safety and training concept.Your area of responsibility
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards for all electrical orders
- Checking electrical installations according to standards and regulations, establishing an internal control system, reviewing diagrams, etc. for quality assurance
- Responsibility for the electrical safety concept including its implementation in collaboration with the competent persons for installation authorization according to Art. 9 NIV
- Design and conduct of training and education
- Identification of risks and hazards
- Support of plant managers in the operation on electrical topics
- Consulting and support for (new construction) projects regarding electrical safety
- Collaboration with the competent persons for installation authorization
- Carrying out internal control activities
Your skills
- Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
- Further training as an electrical inspector / electrical safety advisor or electrical project manager installation and safety is an advantage
- Authorized inspector according to Art. 27 para. 1 NIV or competent according to Art. 8 NIV
- Experience in the field of network operator activities according to Art. 33 NIV
- Experience in training and courses in the electrical field
- Strong analytical skills
- Flexibility and resilience with good organizational skills
- Independent work, high degree of personal responsibility and commitment
- Fluent German, very good English skills
- Impeccable reputation (criminal record and debt collection register)
