bürgi.com AG has been planning, installing, and maintaining security solutions in the Basel region since 1996. For our burglary and video surveillance sectors, we are looking for a person who brings in their expertise, leads our team, and develops the business with us.

Your Role

You lead the team in daily operations, coordinate deployments, and accompany projects from planning to handover. You keep an eye on quality, deadlines, and costs and are a reliable contact person for employees and customers.

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the team
• Resource planning and ensuring reliable project and service execution
• Technical support of demanding projects
• Support of existing customers and involvement in offers and new orders
• Improvement of processes and collaboration

What You Bring

You have experience with burglary and video surveillance and know what matters on site and in customer contact. You lead clearly and respectfully, make decisions, and pitch in when needed.

• Technical basic training, for example in the electrical field, with experience in security technology
• Leadership experience as a team or project manager
• Understanding of calculation, project costs, and economic contexts
• Enjoyment of customer contact and staff development
• Initiative and the desire to gradually take on more responsibility
