The private senior center Oberburg is an independently managed facility with 57 single care rooms in the most beautiful hillside location in Oberburg. True to our motto "at home in Ämmitau," the house is rurally rooted and yet managed according to the latest standards. On the Mitte ward, operated on two floors, we care for and support 23 residents with varying care needs. To complement our dedicated and collegial team, we are looking for a Health Professional 60-90% with Additional Function Vocational Training for Health Professionals + AGS Your tasks
- Responsibility for the learning process of FaGe / AGS apprentices in collaboration with the vocational training manager

Comprehensive care and support of the residents
Taking over daily responsibility including doctor visits
Preparing, checking, and administering medication according to standards
Implementation of primary nursing according to our concept
Recording care levels according to RAI

Your profile
- Completed training as FaGe, Long-term Care Specialist FA or certified nursing professional

Completed training as a vocational trainer
RAI coordinator or willingness to further education
Interest in challenging care and support tasks for
