To expand our reception team, we are looking for you as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) 100%.
Main tasks
Your tasks include general reception and secretarial duties as well as specialist and organizational tasks. You take over the administration of training areas (recording registrations, invoicing, processing course information up to the creation of certificates), support the respective department heads and teachers. You also assist in coordinating between the various departments and their concerns.
Additional reception tasks
- Friendly greeting and care of course participants, teachers, and external guests
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and professionally forwarding inquiries
- Contacting teachers to arrange lessons for our customers
- Counting cash and simple accounting tasks
- Preparing meetings (setting up rooms, organizing catering)
Requirements
You are an experienced personality with commercial training or equivalent further education as well as good language and office skills. Your strengths lie in organization as well as coordination. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a pronounced customer orientation are required.
Additional requirements
