For our department Conversion Master Builder Zurich we are looking for you as a Construction Supervisor Conversion to strengthen the team of Maurice von Oppersdorff . Your area of operation includes varied construction sites in the Zurich region – from smaller customer orders to complex large conversions. You will work in a dynamic, straightforward team, which convinces with a healthy mix of experience and fresh ideas. You can expect a strong team spirit and a lot of personal responsibility.

What you will do

• Independently managing multiple parallel construction sites
• Resource planning and deployment
• Personnel and technical leadership of the construction teams
• Implementation of occupational safety measures and quality assurance
• Work preparation and construction process planning
• Measuring, profitable billing of construction sites including warranty acceptances
• Contact person for clients, business partners, and employees
• Independent preparation and enforcement of supplementary offers
• Implementation of project controlling

• You have completed training as a Construction Supervisor, Master Builder, or Construction Engineer
• Ideally, you already have experience in conversion, or you want to specifically develop further in this area
• You work structured, organized, and precisely – even when things get hectic.

• You are resilient, show high commitment, and keep an overview even in complex projects
• You are comfortable with MS Office and communicate confidently in German – additional languages are a plus.
