Your Tasks
- Project and construction/infrastructure management
- Responsibility for remodeling, renovation, and new construction projects including building and medical technology
- Construction management, conducting feasibility studies, and developing infrastructure concepts
- Optimization of space utilization, room planning, and relocation management
- Strategic management & corporate development
- Management of company-wide, complex construction projects with high strategic relevance
- Preparation of decision-making bases for executive management and the board of directors
- Participation in strategy development and implementation of change processes
- Coordination & stakeholder management
- Collaboration with internal and external partners, e.g., architects and authorities
- Leadership of committees, such as the construction and spatial planning board
- Budget control and ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards
- Safety officer for the Zofingen and Rothrist sites
Your Profile
- Higher education as an engineer, architect, construction and project manager, or comparable training and further education
- Several years of professional experience in client-side project management and practical work in facility management; experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Training as a safety officer
- Solid knowledge in strategic management, project control, and organizational development
- Strong communication skills and experience in moderating committees
- Confident handling of budget responsibility and regulatory requirements
- Open, solution- and team-oriented personality with entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
