Management and supervision of construction sites independently
Work preparation (AVOR)
Scheduling of employees, machines and materials
Cost and quality controls
Preparation of invoices
Calculations and post-calculationsOrganization of processes - technically competent, organizationally skilled, economically thought out

Your profile

Completed training as construction manager, certified master builder or civil engineer FH
Solid technical and business knowledge
Professional experience in construction management, ideally in drilling + milling
Responsible working style
Willingness for personal and professional development
Friendly appearance, respectful manners
Team-oriented, friendly and communicative personality
