• You accompany the entire Employee Life Cycle, from entry through changes to exit
• You are the first point of contact for our employees for all personnel-related concerns and questions
• You evaluate relevant HR data and analyze correlations
• You maintain and update personnel data in the HR system with a high quality standard
• You plan and organize our monthly Welcome Day
• You take over coordination with external partners such as insurance companies, authorities, and offices as well as coordination with our internal payroll accounting

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship 
• You have already completed or are about to complete further training as a personnel assistant
• You bring genuine interest and enthusiasm for personnel work
• You are digitally savvy and navigate confidently through the MS Office world
• You communicate confidently and professionally in German, both orally and in writing, at least at C1 level
