To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed, responsible personality as a Project Manager. You bring at least five years of experience in project management in the ERP environment, understand customer needs as well as system landscapes. As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the conception, planning, and implementation of customer projects. You think proactively and communicate clearly. You enjoy designing solutions and lead projects efficiently and in partnership to success. You really lead projects.

Your main tasks:

Project responsibility

• Leading customer projects – from conception to successful go-live
• Creating technical concepts and offers
• Integrating our software into existing system landscapes
• Creating and maintaining project plans, reports, and documentation
• Responsibility for deadlines, budget, and quality
• Active management of risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Ensuring a structured and efficient project approach

Customer management & communication

• Active support and involvement of all relevant stakeholders
• Clear, binding communication – even in challenging situations
• Consulting, training, and support of key users

Conception & implementation

• Analysis and modeling of business processes
• Development of actionable solution concepts
• Deriving and securing best practices and lessons learned
• Active participation in internal product development projects
• Close collaboration with account management and support team

Your profile:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ERP environment
• Solid understanding of business processes
• Confident handling of common project management methods and tools
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to explain complex issues clearly
• Structured and independent working style
• Ability to set priorities and complete tasks
• Clear communication – even when it gets uncomfortable
• High resilience and pragmatic solution approach
• Strong customer- and market-oriented thinking
• Very good German and good English skills
