Night watch │ Living │ Residential groups at the headquarters in Langnau │ approx. 4-5 nights per month │ from 01.01.2026 or by arrangement

What you achieve with us
You are solely responsible as a night watch for our 20 residents and accompany them safely through the night. If necessary, you provide support in carrying out nursing measures and keep the journal for a smooth handover to the day team.

- Professional experience in working with people with support needs and/or successfully completed basic training in nursing
- You work independently, are reliable, and gladly take on responsibility
- You keep a cool head even in hectic moments, bring patience and empathy for the concerns of your fellow human beings, and act with a lot of heart
