This is the job - Your main tasks at Eraneos

Together with our clients, you shape the public administration of the future.
You identify exciting opportunities for new mandates, win customers and lead projects to success, which sustainably improve administration.
In doing so, you strengthen and expand your network of relationships to build a solid foundation for future collaboration.
In customer projects, you take on the leadership responsibility and personally ensure that we successfully implement innovative solutions.
Together with the team, you develop our services further.
At the same time, you recruit and coach motivated consultants, promote their development, and shape a high-performance team.

This job is for you if

You bring at least 5 years of solid experience as a (Senior) Manager in project business, whether in-house or external, ideally with strong IT affinity in areas such as digitization, process design, change management, or leading complex and strategically important projects.
You are networked at C-level in the public sector, especially with the federal government, cantons, or larger cities, and you can successfully use your existing contact network to expand our partnerships.
You have extensive experience in public procurement and know the specific requirements and processes in this context.
You are skilled in acquiring and developing customer relationships and bring several years of expertise in strategic business development.
You hold a relevant university degree that supports your expertise as a (Senior) Manager.
You communicate excellently and confidently in German and English both spoken and written and you can confidently operate in an international environment.
