The finance team of the knechtcare division is responsible for the finance and accounting of the healthcare division. The knechtcare area specializes in outpatient services in healthcare.
We are looking to complement the finance team from February 2026 or by arrangement with an ambitious personality as a Financial and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) (60-100%)
Your main tasks
- Independent management of financial and operational accounting
- Independent preparation and assistance with financial and operational monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as budgets
- Value-added tax returns and tax declarations
- Analyzing financial information and developing key figures and statistics
- Supporting the supervisor and line managers with special tasks/projects and taking over projects
- Further developing and optimizing processes and systems
- Projects in the areas of finance & controlling as well as digitalization
- Taking over deputy roles in the team and possibly supervising commercial apprentices
Your profile
- Professional experience in accounting or finance
- Commercial basic training as well as further education in accounting or business administration (e.g. financial and accounting specialist certificate, business economist FH or similar)
- You are an ambitious personality and want to develop further in a challenging role. You are organized, willing to learn, resilient, and ready to take responsibility.
- Very good Excel skills, basic knowledge of Abacus, as well as an analytical mindset with an eye for detail and precise working style
