Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)
In the Purchasing Department, we are looking for a qualified specialist as a Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you are responsible together with the team for the procurement of all resources for your assigned product group. You ensure that the required quantities are available at the right place on time and in the required quality, while guaranteeing an optimal price-performance ratio.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Responsible for the material disposition of defined product groups and triggering orders
- Tracking order confirmations and schedule control
- Administrative processing of orders from inquiries to invoice verification
- International transport handling
- Processing quality reports and complaints
You bring with you:
- Commercial training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) and further training in purchasing or logistics is an advantage
- Experience in purchasing, customer service, or freight forwarding logistics is an advantage
- Flexible, solution- and customer-oriented personality
- Proactive, communicative, persistent, and a team player
- Independent and structured way of working
- Solid ERP and MS Office program knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, at least level B2
- An impeccable reputation
