Spitex Rothenburg offers services for the approximately 8,000 inhabitants of the municipality of Rothenburg in the areas of somatic care, outpatient psychiatric care and support 

as well as housekeeping. The nursing assignments at Haus & Hof Hermolingen with about 36 residents and the provision of psychiatric services in the extended environment complete our Spitex operation and make it something special.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed immediately or by arrangement

Certified Nursing Specialist HF or FH 60% - 80%, with interest in Palliative Care

Your tasks:

• Taking over case responsibility: planning, control and evaluation of the entire nursing process, including needs assessments according to InterRAI-HC 
• Professional and holistic care and support of our clients 
• Responsibility for careful, complete documentation of clients
• Active collaboration with all involved in the care process
• Participation in the internal palliative competence team

Requirements:                                                  

• Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF / FH
• Strong professional, communication and social skills
• Solution- and resource-oriented attitude
• Physical and mental resilience
• Ability to work in a team
• Private car
