Cook with Leadership Responsibility 80-100% (m/f) from November 1, 2025 or by arrangement The Turbinenhaus is a lively restaurant with a unique industrial atmosphere. During the week, we serve freshly prepared lunches from Tuesday to Friday, and in the evenings and on weekends, varied banquets and group events are the focus. Our kitchen is creative, seasonal, and homemade - and our team is family-like, straightforward, and committed. You have completed training as a cook and already gained some experience. With your open manner, team spirit, and passion for cooking, you keep an overview even in hectic moments - that's exactly who we are looking for! Your tasks:

Planning and calculation of our offerings
Active participation in daily kitchen operations
Leadership and organization of the kitchen area
Collaboration with the service and event team
Quality control & compliance with HACCP guidelines
Ordering goods and inventory management

You bring with you:

Completed training as a cook
Professional experience in gastronomy
Passion for cooking, team spirit, and creativity
Independent and reliable working style
Resilience and flexibility, also on weekends and evenings
Very good German language skills
