Skilled Worker Road Maintenance
Each year we handle around 25 construction sites in Maintenance District 1 and are responsible for the operation and maintenance of around 135 km of state roads and 275 km of bike and pedestrian paths. For the Glattbrugg depot with its 18 employees, we are looking for a skilled worker in road maintenance by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Performing structural repair work
- Work in green space maintenance
- Work in signage
- Operating various vehicles and equipment
- Assistance in winter service
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance, road construction worker, landscape gardener, or mason or comparable
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and during winter months at various times as well as on weekends
- Physical fitness
- Driver's license category B ideally C/CE (or willingness to obtain category C/CE)
- Proximity to the place of deployment: maximum 30 minutes travel time to the Glattbrugg depot
