Project Manager CNC Manufacturing (m/f/d), 80–100%

Join our team as a Project Manager CNC Manufacturing and take responsibility from the initial customer enquiry to the successful completion of the order.

For our CNC manufacturing division, we are looking for a committed, technically skilled individual with experience in machining and a passion for customer contact. You combine technical know-how with sales skills and ensure that customer enquiries turn into successful projects.

Your tasks

• Acquisition of new customers and active development of existing customer relationships
• Customer advice and technical support
• Receipt and technical assessment of customer enquiries
• Preparation and calculation of quotations
• Technical work preparation (AVOR) and development of manufacturing solutions
• Project management and coordination of orders with production and internal specialist departments
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
• Support and care of customers throughout the entire project process
• Identifying customer needs and developing suitable technical solutions
• Supporting the further development of our customer portfolio and manufacturing offerings

Your profile

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or a comparable technical basic education
• Further training in the technical-commercial field, for example Technical Salesperson, Process Specialist, Technician HF or a comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC manufacturing and a good understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ideally experience in work preparation, calculation and quotation preparation
• Enjoyment of customer contact, advice and sales
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an independent, solution-oriented working style
• Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• Organisational talent and sense of responsibility
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French and English skills
