Night Watch, Focus on Dementia - Start Date Immediately or by Arrangement

The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Mainly work as a night watch, but other shifts can also be assigned according to the needs of the health center

• The rewarding task of caring for people with dementia and ensuring their physical and psychological well-being. You are called upon with all your empathy, patience, humor, and composure

• The opportunity to significantly shape the implementation and further development of our dementia concept thanks to your experience and proven expertise

• You have completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or health and social assistant AGS or an equivalent with SRK recognition

• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage

• You are characterized by pronounced social skills and appreciate interprofessional collaboration

• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you

• Confident German in spoken and written form (at least level B2)

• Handling modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC)
