Your tasks
Support the Head of Finance in financial and management accounting as well as in monthly and annual closings
Participate in various reporting and analysis tasks
Collaborate in projects and represent the concerns of the finance department
Contribute to the implementation of the corporate strategy and the optimization of processes
Actively improve the use of the ERP (Business Central) by questioning existing processes and meticulously advancing data maintenance
You bring
Completed vocational training in the commercial field
Solid experience in finance, preferably in financial and/or management accounting
Experience with various accounting principles and legal forms
A flair for numbers and pronounced analytical and interconnected thinking
Independent and precise working style
Enjoy working with apprentices, employees, and customers
Empathetic, calm, and respectful manner
Openness to change
