Your Tasks
- Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the nursing department in a psychotherapy ward
- Planning and implementation of contemporary nursing based on the latest findings
- Main responsibility in the key worker role and shaping the nursing process from admission to discharge
- Leading therapeutic nursing groups and co-leading well-being groups
- Promoting good collaboration in the interprofessional team, creating a supportive working atmosphere where individual employees can develop according to their abilities and contribute to the ward's activities
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (m/f/d) HF, with experience in a psychiatric setting
- You bring 1 – 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- In extraordinary situations, you act calmly and focus on the essentials
- You possess high social competencies
- You have very good PC user skills
- Excellent German language skills (native speaker or C2 with several years of residence in a German-speaking area)
