For our Moxy team, we are looking for a strong personality as F&B Crew Leader who takes responsibility, provides guidance and ensures together with the crew that the daily operations run smoothly. You like to be in the thick of things rather than just watching, lead by example and at the same time bring the energy and openness that define the Moxy spirit.

Your responsibilities

• You take responsibility for the smooth running of daily operations and keep an overview of the various tasks of the crew
• You lead, coordinate and motivate the crew in day-to-day business and ensure that everyone knows what to do and when
• You pitch in yourself - whether at the bar, breakfast, reception, dishwashing or wherever your support is needed
• Together with the crew, you ensure that our guests experience an uncomplicated, attentive and authentic Moxy stay
• You support the Captain/Hotel Leader in daily operations, take responsibility and contribute your ideas to further develop processes and teamwork

Your profile

• You have experience in the hotel or gastronomy sector and ideally have already taken responsibility for a team
• You are a strong leader who makes clear decisions, takes responsibility and remains approachable and personable
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations, stay solution-oriented and lead by example
• You are hands-on, flexible and enjoy pitching in as an all-rounder wherever you are needed
• You are open, straightforward, communicative and bring the Moxy spirit with you - because for us, personality, team spirit and the joy of achieving something together count
