Job Description

With your talent, you provide our guests with a wonderful stay. In addition to attending the bar and the One Lounge, you have the following tasks:

Ensuring smooth and fast service processes
Assisting in organizing bar service as well as defining all necessary standards and process plans in coordination with the department management
Advising and actively selling the Motel One Lounge offerings to achieve the sales budget in the One Lounge
Supporting the ordering of food, drinks, and spirits for the bar area as well as conducting inventories at the end of the month
Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through collaboration in our multicultural teams

Training in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel/restaurant industry or interest in a career change.
