We are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
Educational Coordinator Nursing 80–100 %
As an Educational Coordinator, you take on a central role in the development and support of our apprentices and students. You actively shape vocational education and contribute to sustainably strengthening the quality of nursing and the future of our organization. You work independently, with a lot of creative freedom, and in close collaboration with our trainers.
Your main tasks include:
- Strategic further development of educational offerings within the organization
- Overall responsibility for vocational basic education as well as tertiary-level training programs
- Recruitment, support, and promotion of our apprentices and students
- Advising employees on continuing education opportunities
- Coaching and supporting our trainers
- Planning, organizing, and evaluating internal training sessions
- Collaboration with educational institutions and external partners
- Quality assurance in the field of education as well as participation or leadership of projects
You bring with you:
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and solid knowledge of Swiss vocational education
- Further education SVEB II or equivalent training
- Organizational skills, strong communication, and coaching abilities
- Interest in strategic educational design and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Driver's license category B or willingness to visit our clients by e-bike
