In our restaurants at Zurich Airport, we offer our guests fine Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas, Italian pasta dishes, sophisticated burgers, authentic Asian dishes, and many other delicacies.

For the leadership of the service crews of our table service restaurants at Zurich Airport (Upperdeck, Chalet Suisse, The Gallery & L’Oro di Napoli), we are looking for an Operations Manager immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks – here it gets exciting:

• Leadership with flavor: You lead the Chef de Service of our 4 restaurants, support them in daily operations, and together form a team that delights guests every day.
• Living hospitality: You maintain sustainable customer relationships and work closely with partners such as Zurich Airport.
• Shaping Food & Beverage: Together with the local headquarters, you plan and implement menu changes, execute marketing ideas, and ensure that Autogrill sales standards are upheld.
• Events with a wow effect: From the magic park to the Christmas village – you organize and accompany special events in the Circle and make them real highlights.
• Staying flexible: Whether coordinating cross-concept employee deployments or actively supporting catering and lunch service – you pitch in when it counts.
• Strengthening culture: You promote an open, appreciative operational and leadership culture based on Avolta values and our Code of Ethics.
• Managing goods & quality: You share responsibility for inventory management according to our procurement guidelines and ensure compliance with Kopas and HACCP standards.

Your profile – this is what you bring:

• A completed basic education in gastronomy and/or hotel management.
• Ideally, further business management training or the G2 specialist certificate – and solid leadership experience.
• Advantageous: experience in the kitchen.
• You are communicative, a passionate host, and enjoy inspiring people.
• You remain calm in hectic situations and make the right decisions.
• You are familiar with common IT programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
