With Pulse and Balance, Medical Performance Center AG (shareholders: FC St. Gallen Event AG, Hirslanden, selected specialists and Storm Performance) operates an innovative sports medicine center in the Neudorfcenter in the east of St. Gallen. Under one roof, we combine sports orthopedics, physiotherapy, performance diagnostics, and athletic training. Our goal: top-level medicine, rehabilitation, and performance-oriented training in an integrative, sporty-dynamic environment – for top athletes, recreational athletes, and patients with orthopedic or sports medicine concerns.

For our partner Pulse and Balance, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality to strengthen the management team as part of a succession arrangement.

YOUR TASKS

• Responsibility for commercial tasks including personnel management (in the absence of department heads), HR/finance coordination as well as management and further development of administrative processes

• Coordination with external partners (IT, Hirslanden/Academix, service providers) as well as organization of internal services (cleaning, repairs, services)

• Controlling and further development of cooperations as well as preparation of board meetings

• Planning, implementation, and further development of marketing and product strategies including digital media and cooperation with FCSG

• Acquisition of individual athletes, clubs, companies, and referrers as well as representation of PULSE AND BALANCE externally

• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the successful implementation of company goals

YOUR PROFILE

• Broad generalist profile with a strong affinity for diverse tasks and topics
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a hands-on mentality
• Solid experience in marketing, sales, and service development
• Affinity for digital media and their targeted use
• An organizational talent with pronounced administrative skills
• A well-established network in Eastern Switzerland with companies and sports clubs
• Ideally know-how in healthcare, complemented by experience in the sports sector
