What makes your work particularly attractive

You are part of a strong team of three employees who pull together in HR. To ensure that our approximately 190 employees can best support our patients, we jointly ensure comprehensive and professional personnel management. As a central contact person, you support both line managers and employees in your areas in an advisory and administrative capacity. You handle all personnel-related topics along the entire HR lifecycle, which makes the work very varied.

What distinguishes you

You have built your expertise through a commercial apprenticeship with completed HR training. Due to your career in HR, preferably in healthcare, you have experience in supporting and advising supervisors and employees as well as a holistic understanding of the personnel process. This enables you to design and further develop processes efficiently. You find participation in the monthly payroll processing (with MS Dynamics 365 BC) and supporting supervisors in time tracking (Polypoint PEP) exciting additions. You enjoy working independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and are a humorous team player.
