Our renowned Hotel Kettenbrücke at the foot of Aarau's old town was completely renovated and reopened in 2016; the restaurant received a new food concept in June 2021. Our hotel is a popular place for weddings, seminars, and other celebrations.
We place the highest value on reading our guests' wishes from their lips. Hospitality and warm service are our top priorities; we want our guests to spend unforgettable moments with us.
Your area of responsibility
• Warm welcome and individual care of our international hotel guests
• Handling check-in and check-out
• Active room sales and processing incoming reservations
• Processing daily closings
• Performing various administrative tasks
• Responsibility for seminar and banquet organization
Your added value for us
• Completed training (EFZ)
• Good to very good French and English skills (spoken/written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern communication tools
• Strong service orientation
• Communication and organizational talent, social competence, and flexibility
• You are motivated, positive, and responsible
• Experience in the hotel industry
