Your tasks
- Telephone advice to our customers on all services and basic banking products
- Systematic exploration of needs and exploitation of customer potentials
- Identifying optimizations in processes and services as well as triaging to the appropriate specialist departments
- Taking care of our customers with a lot of dedication and passion
- Daily demonstration of empathy and friendliness
Your profile
- Completed commercial training
- Experience in (telephone) customer consulting
- You have the ability to recognize customer potentials and enjoy proactively finding suitable solutions
- Technical affinity as well as pronounced multitasking ability characterize you
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in German
- Foreign languages in Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
