Gässliacker is a medium-sized center for elderly care and health with around 130 employees. We care for and support 81 residents in the nursing home and up to 15 day guests in day care. Furthermore, we offer 60 senior apartments with services. The modern infrastructure, our diverse garden areas, and the beautiful location complement our services. Your tasks:
- Deputizing the head chef during absences
- Assisting in the professional and personnel management of employees
- Active participation in the kitchen (cold and hot kitchen as well as pastry)
- Co-responsibility for the smooth running of kitchen processes
- Co-responsibility for inventory management and stocktaking
- Co-responsibility for compliance with food cost targets and creditor control
- Implementation of hygiene and quality standards
- Conveying expertise and assisting in the training of apprentices
Your profile:
- Successful completion as a cook EFZ
- Preferably experience as a sous chef or deputy head chef
- Passion for the profession
- Service-oriented, committed, and resilient personality with joy in working with elderly people
- High social competence, teamwork skills, and reliability
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work on weekends
