Wagerenhof
The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called "Wagi") in Uster has been a lasting home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for over 100 years and offers supported workplaces for over 50 employees with support needs. We are a recognised, non-profit institution with a social mission. With a needs-oriented range of residential and care places as well as various day and leisure activities, we promote the quality of life, participation and self-determination of our residents. For this, we entrust you with the responsibility:
- professional development of the nursing area
- development and implementation of nursing-medical concepts and professional strategies
- professional support and collaboration with external specialists (specialist doctors, therapists and other specialist agencies)
- professional collaboration with the nursing home managers
- management of nursing projects
- conducting topic-specific training sessions

- Nursing specialist
- SVEB II further education
- Further education in rehabilitation, dementia and palliative care
- Several years of professional experience
- Good professional and social skills
- High willingness for interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
