For our Residenz Südpark in Basel, we are looking for a Health Care Specialist (FaGe) 100% immediately or by arrangement.
The Südpark is a high-quality residence for the urban population from the third stage of life and is operated in the style of a boutique hotel with 103 stylish apartments, individualized services for the residents, and 28 single rooms for inpatient care.
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of the residents
- Recording the needs of the assigned residents and planning the resources
- Information, guidance, and support of the residents and their relatives
- Documentation of care and support services, recording of services and materials, as well as execution of medical prescriptions
- Recording and forwarding important information and incidents

You bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a Health Care Specialist EFZ
- Ideally professional experience and further training in long-term care
